See No Bounds: So this next challenge for me is a simple cycle ride...... ok not so simple it goes from Cardiff to Tenby it is 100miles and it will need to be completed in 10 hours oh yeah and i will be doing it on a handcycle..... Why have i chosen to put myself threw this well that is the easy part i have raised a lot of money for many good causes and this one is no different and the charity of choice is the stroke association and the Velindre Cancer Centre where my own farther is currently being treated for terminal cancer.
