So guys, a spinathon event is happening on November 2nd at Tredegar Leisure Centre in aid of Hospice of the Valleys between 8am and 4pm - spin anything between 30 mins and 8 hours. Spin bikes and hand 'spin' bikes avaialble ...please support the Hospice, just mark on the registration form if a hand bike is required...thanks guys x
