Well see no bounds thank you everyone for your support your help and all the little things you have all done to make this page a successful page. I want to thank all 22 of the editors and admits for thier posts and shares and likes that have helped make this page worth while I want to give Steven Jacobo #High Fives Athlete-WCMX a big thank you for his efforts this year you are a true inspiration to many people and Lisa from onit adaptive boarding for all your input its great to keep track of what is new with adaptive boarding. I am proud of this page and the fact it has only been running since February and it has reached over 100 countries and over 1600 likes I have had messages and emails from around the world expressing how much this page has helped to inspire and that has touched me as when I set up this page only 4 weeks after I was put in a chair I did to reassure myself I was not alone in my new world and belive me I have never felt so much love and support 2014 has been a great first year of See No Bounds and I have decided that 2015 is going to be a busy year I plan on doing 12 challenges in 12 months I am getting one of my able friends to get in a chair for a day "my day in the life of me" steven will be trianing hard for the paralympics. I want to raise awareness and push mental health issues within the site and page and see no bounds will get stronger and stronger I will be doing the big push for awarness to riase awarness of Toxic shock syndrome TSS 22 miles in my day chair so yes a big year ahead indeed so to everyone here a very big THANK YOU and have a happy and safe new year... www.seenobounds.com

I don't know if this will happen but if everyone on see no bounds likes and invites just one friend I may hit my 2000 likes target by new years day and that means 2000 likes in less than 1 year and with that we have 2000 chances to inspire 1 person and that one person my go on to do something amazing and inspire one other and who knows where that may leave us. I set up this page to show people that you can be great you can be everything you want to be and more and ever since I have been amazed shocked inspired and impressed every single day and now with your help by hitting the invite button together we can all reach amazing things..... I hope everyone will help me get the See No Bounds message out there and who know what we can attchieve so let's do this... let's get inviting......

Just Strap It: How These Quads Stay Upright - SPINALpedia.com Blog
tell them
This article has really touched a nerve with me not so many years ago I was working as a funeral assistant and had to work a funeral of an elderly lady that had been killed with her friend as they crossed the road to get a bag of chips for their evening tea something they did once a week. An elderly man came over the brow of a hill and lost control of his car he killed both of them.... that day he ruined the lives of three families and that tragic fact remains with me ever since he was sentenced and went to jail but he was already well into his 80's I always thought about all the people who suffered because of that day and I really do feel that once you reach a time when you should not be driving you should stop. Please read this and if you know anyone who should not be behind the wheel of a killing machine please please please tell them

Depression Is NOT a Mental Illness
I want to start highlighting other disabilities the ones that are not so obvious I have suffered with depression for many years and yes at times it completely disabled me I struggled to do the slightest things I still have depression but is have developed skills to cope and ways to do things to overcome my weaknesses.. when I then ended up in a wheelchair I noticed defined similarities in the way I had to to adapt and in the ways I had to cope and the 2 constantly fight each other. Have a read of this article and open your minds to the physical implications of depression..

So in about 9 weeks I am completing my first challenge of 2015 in memory of an amazing young lady that I used to work with... Tash was taken from us at a very young age her death was caused by some called toxic shock syndrome or TSS.... For many Feb the 14th is a very different kind of say but for me it's the day when one very special young lady was taken away so as part of the TSS awarness campaign I will be pushing in my wheelchair from the home base of WAWWA in cwmbran where Tash used to attend through Usk and all the way to St Marys Church in Chepstow where Tash had her funeral the distance is 26 miles along a range of roads and surfaces. I won't be using any special chair I will be completing this challenge in a my normal day chair the only thing I will be adding is a Freewheel to the front of my chair to help with stability.. You can help to raise awareness and donate to my latest challenge direct at http://ift.tt/1vM2JZT Let the trianing begin Nathan Hole

We are trying to raise funds to help bring two new systems to ability riders at two different adaptive groups. Please donate - sometimes presents do not just come in boxes. some of our aiblity riders have started adaptive recreation with us to then get out and do other adaptive sports. This will mean so much freedom & independence. Give a gift from the heart this Holiday Season. Thank you. http://ift.tt/1rXsqfo
